How these figures are read. Revenue = GESY receivable; profit = the accountant's "Average profit" column (revenue minus doctor/anaesthetist/biopsy fees, consumables and theatre-room cost). Implant/graft costs are pass-through and excluded from margin. Profit totals reconcile to the accountant's grand-total row to the cent. Load the workbook to switch to any other period sheet — same read applies.

Different data, different view. Private cases come from the yearly Private Cases 2026 ledger — income, payments and outstanding balances per surgeon, not per-case theatre economics. Outstanding is taken from the ledger's own Remaining balance, so prepayments and credits (e.g. Dr. Stavrou's prepaid arrangement) are respected — his balance shows as settled, not owed. This tab is year-to-date, so the period selector doesn't apply.
